First edition of this exceptional album, with magnificent color compositions by artist and illustrator Raymond Louis Charmaison (1876-1955). These works depict sumptuous gardens and were colored using stencils by Jean Saudé. The compositions are signed on the plate. Limited edition of 300 copies on Japanese paper from the Shidzuoka Manufacture. This copy, numbered 300, is one of 280 without added pieces.
