Zao Wou-Ki
(1920 – 2013)
Chinese-French painter. He arrived in France in 1948 to discover European Modern Art. His creations are inspired by Matisse and Cézanne. His style is lyrical abstraction, a mixture of occidental art and China. He is exhibited throughout the world and is now recognized in China.
